Create and Publish a Brochure for
Utah’s Patchwork Parkway – National Scenic Byway
Utah’s Patchwork Parkway Committee, Inc. is accepting proposals to create and publish a four-color brochure marketing Utah’s Patchwork Parkway. The deadline to submit is 5:00 p.m. (MST) Friday, April 26, 2013.
Utah’s Patchwork Parkway is a designated National Scenic Byway that runs along SR.Hwy. 143 linking the communities of Panguitch, Brian Head and Parowan, as well as the public lands of Cedar Breaks National Monument, Dixie National Forest and BLM.
Research, gather content, photographs, graphics
Design, layout, create text/content
Produce 4-color brochure that
- easily fits in visitor info brochure racks
- can be formatted for use on websites and viewing mobile websites
- can be used at travel shows
Brochure should include a byway map linking to area National Parks, Parowan Gap, Scenic Byways 12 & 9, and Heritage Hwy. 89.
The brochure will focus on heritage, culture, recreational and scenic attractions found along the byway.
An existing brochure sample is Iron County’s Scenic Byways and Backways brochure, which can be obtained at the Cedar City-Brian Head Visitor Center in Cedar City, UT.
Brochure will include the logos of: Utah’s Patchwork Parkway Committee, Inc. America’s Byways, Garfield County Tourism Office, Cedar City-Brian Head Tourism Bureau, and Utah Office of Tourism.
Brochures must be printed and ready for use by June 15, 2013.
